Business context

Agrippa Improvements is a Norwegian provider of modern warehouse management solutions, focused on responsiveness and innovation. The company was looking for a mobile tool that would support daily operations in a straightforward way and integrate seamlessly with the existing IT infrastructure and industry standards.

In the reality of accelerating logistics, improving the work of warehouse managers and operators became essential: from goods receipt, through production and order picking, to dispatch and transport. The goal was also to standardise the recording of deviations and ensure efficient communication between teams working in the field.

Since its launch, Agrippa App has been consistently developed and adapted to changing market needs. The solution has been adopted by grocery chains, hotels, and organisations using inventory systems, supporting process standardisation and continuous operational improvement.


Challenge

The biggest challenge was to design a single application covering the key areas of warehouse operations: deviation handling, goods receipt, production, order picking and dispatch, transport, as well as health, safety and environmental inspections. The tool needed to ensure a consistent data flow and provide clear support for routine tasks for users at different levels of the organisation.

Compatibility with GS1-128, GTIN and EAN industry standards, as well as the ability to integrate with the client’s ERP systems, was critical. Reliability in a multi-branch environment, ease of deployment on mobile devices, and an intuitive interface minimising training time were also required.


Solution

Leaware built Agrippa App based on Xamarin, delivering native quality on iOS and Android with a shared codebase. Modern web technologies and an integration-oriented architecture were used to ensure scalability and the product’s long-term growth.

The application offers intuitive deviation recording, a built-in calendar for planning and carrying out routine tasks, and a communication tool that improves workforce collaboration. Data can be stored in the cloud or synchronised directly with the ERP system, ensuring full information continuity across the organisation.

The application’s modules comply with GS1-128, GTIN and EAN standards, which simplifies product identification and streamlines warehouse processes. The solution was designed for rapid deployment, easy configuration to match client-specific requirements, and continuous functional improvement as operational needs evolve.
