Leaware has a keen interest in developing these types of applications. One of the main challenges for businesses like COWI with significant fieldwork is accurately collecting information about expenses incurred during business trips. We aimed to revolutionize this process.
Challenge
Our main challenge was to develop an application that would effectively and accurately help collect information about expenses made during business trips and manage meeting rooms at each site while keeping users informed through real-time news updates from the company’s internal intranet.
Solution
At Leaware, we developed COWI Field Notes, an app that’s easy to install and use, with an interactive interface. The app has completely revolutionized the process of collecting and reporting expenses by field employees. The application now works more efficiently after introducing necessary modifications and improving the code to eliminate errors. The new, refreshed layout makes the application more user-friendly. It collects and generates daily reports, enabling companies to be continuously aware of expenses.

COWI Field Notes has a range of features that makes business trips more manageable for users:
